You will also need to be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and articulate.You will be at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.Skills: The skills required for thisLettings Negotiator role will include:

Previous experience in Residential Lettings
High level of customer service skills
An exemplary telephone manner
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Bishops Stortford area helpful
Excellent written and spoken English
Full UK Driving License essential
A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
