Job Description

Customer ServicesA varied role with on the job training and career progression awaits an experienced Customer Services candidate looking for their next progressive move.The Role

  • First point of contact for calls and emails
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Allocating accounts for referral process
  • Maintain communication logs
  • Assist in others areas such as marketing plans and activities
  • Organise workflow to resolve issues as a priority
  • Able to multi task whilst providing professional customer support and service
  • Taking new customer enquires
  • Responding to new queries and ongoing queries
About You
  • Essential experience and ability to provide an excellent level of customer support
  • Be adept with MS Word and Excel and ideally a CRM system
  • Able to multi task and work to deadlines and a team player
