Job Description

We are Looking for an enthusiastic professional negotiator/applicant manager to assist in a busy sales office.Team OverviewSavills culture is one of trust and respect, teamwork and collaboration. We are looking for assistance from a enthusiastic junior negotiator/applicant manager to speak to buyers and clients and book viewings on our clients homes.Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Calling buyers and booking viewings
  • Giving our clients feedback
  • Managing our clients
  • Being part of a proactive team
  • Helping with office duties
  • Ensure meet and greet procedure followed as per training programme.
  • Be a point of contact for ongoing client care
  • Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills representative
  • Handle daily buyer enquiries from Reapit, calls and visits
  • Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers, fully briefing yourself prior
  • Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Maintain records on a daily basis, chasing applicants and archiving where necessary.
  • To be able to manager own diary efficiently with respect to team members diaries.
  • Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly.
  • Adhere to companies ISO, Money Laundering, Heath & Safety etc.
  • Liaise with existing sales team to ensure smooth sales of all properties by accurately managing the REAPIT and other IT systems.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Self-Motivated
  • Target and goal driven individual
  • Adaptable, excellent telephone manner
  • Confident use of the telephone to generate leads from the database
  • Confident dealing with clients and purchasers
  • Experience of booking, accompanying and following up viewings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
  • Empathetic with clients needs and a wish to offer un-paralleled client care
