Job Description

  • Working hours are 8.30am until 5.30pm with an early finish of 1.30 on a Thursday or Friday ( based around 37 hours with a half an hour lunch break each day)

Currently employing over 250 staff they are looking to bring in an experienced customer service professional to help further supportthe business.THE ROLEAre you experienced in providing excellent customer service by telephone and do you have strong administration skills If so, we have an opportunity for you to join an innovative manufacturing business who are looking to add value to there already well-establishedCustomer Service Team. Working as a key member of the Customer Service and Warranty team in a busy fast paced environment, you will be responsible for consistently delivering excellent customer service. Your duties will include:
  • Delivering a consistently excellent telephone support service
  • Dealing with a range of enquires via email and over the phone
  • Providing information, support and guidance to customers
  • Undertaking general administrative duties to meet the needs of the department
  • Accurately process customer orders
  • Managing a Customer Service platform
  • Closing off individual and multiple jobs
  • Arranging Engineer Work schedules
  • Being the key point of reference between Internal and External Departments
  • Carry out other duties as appropriate to the post of customer service and warranty advisor as required by the line manager
