This is all set within highlyluxurious state of the art offices that really deliver the welcoming and friendly culture of the organisation.We are seeking a high intake of Cleanroom Production Operatives, this is a large recruitment drive.THE BUSINESSThe Production Operatives we are seeking are to work within a cleanroom environment. The role of work is located in Birtley, County Durham. The recently developed site follows the completion of a major, phased investment programme. The programme included thecreation of state-of-the-art office and conferencing spaces, extended laboratories and new clean room, manufacturing and testing facilities.THE ROLEWorking within a cleanroom environmentAssembling various componentsFollowing clearing laid out SOPsRecording production notes, documenting quality and ensuring complianceLearning various machine processes and assembly cellsAbiding by stringent H&S measuresPacking and despatch dutiesTHE PERSONMust be prepared to work within a cleanroom environment and wear the required PPEMust hold strong communication skillsGood level of English numeracy and literacyMust be flexible to learn various processes and be willing to transition from task to taskMust be able to complete paperwork and administration tasks with accuracyTHE PACKAGEThis is a temp to perm role following a successful probation period.This is a Friday to Monday role, centring on a 12 hour shift between the hours 6am-6pm. You will either work Friday, Saturday and Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Training will be provided Monday to Friday covering a 3 shift rotation 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pmand 10pm/6amYou will work a 36 hour week and be paid for 38 hours at £13.62. You will also gain 30 minutes per day lunch break which is also paid.
