We produce safe, quality products that help feed millions every day.Wherever you are, we can work together to create inspiring solutions that nourish life.About the roleDue to growth and successes within the Foodservice business of Kerry we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to help grow and build two high performing strategic growth accounts across the UK & IOI. You will have the opportunity to diversify the portfolioand grow in new categories. Reporting into the Sales Director the Senior Account Manager will have local, regional and global responsibilities to grow, build, lead and deliver. The successful candidate will work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally, along with leadingholistic teams across your customers.Kerry promote Hybrid working and we are flexible on candidate location.What will I be doing

  • Support the prospecting and close new business opportunities through custom product and integrated solution selling to deliver profitable growth.
  • Support the development and lead the delivery of a portfolio of quality growth projects.
  • Pro-actively defend current business by creating value add initiatives and/or activities to promote Kerrys value in the business.
  • Support the development of strong strategic relationships within customers organisation including Food Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and QA / Nutrition and foster counterpart relationships within Kerry.
  • Proactively support the application of the Kerry Way of Selling
  • Take the commercial lead in crisis management situations
  • Support the day-to-day management of the account, supporting and leading the holistic account team to ensure flawless delivery of supplier self-managed excellence
  • Lead out routine customer business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure customer is aware of account activities
