Our client have an exciting opportunity available for a Retail Sales Consultant to join their growing team based in Leeds. You are passionate about the brands you represent and are looking to grow and develop your sales career. You will thrive in developing and nurturing relationships withcustomers. Along with these qualities, experience facilitating face to face sales in the furnishings or high-end fashion is advantageous. Their experienced Retail Sales Consultant is a trained retail professional, with a design background, who is passionate about luxury home furnishings and a strong customer orientated attitude.The sales consultants objective is to generate sales using all possible leverages, while transmitting his/her passion for design, luxury, harmony and product knowledge.The aim is to guarantee an excellent and impeccable winning customer shopping experience.The sales consultants performance is measured by individual sales and other KPIs.What could this role mean for you

Responsibilities of our clients Retail Sales Consultant include:

• Championing and building key relationships with our customers
• Ensuring the customer experience is of the highest standard
• Confidently presenting design and aspirational living ideas
• Establishing an accurate, reliable, and realistic sales pipeline.
• Maintain a core understanding of all Natuzzi products in order to advise & consult customers effectively

Skills and experience required by our clients Retail Sales Consultant:

• Experience in Furnishings, high-end retail, or fashion
• Ability to maintain strong familiarity and awareness of the rapidly changing furnishing ranges and designs
• Strong interpersonal skills, lead management, and customer service
• A driven and highly motivated sales professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative. The ability to self manage, schedule effectively and deliver results is essential
• CRM experience is an advantage
