They operate across multiple sectors including technical, industrial and skilled. They have good business levels, loyal clients and a hands-on team of recruiters.They are looking for a Branch Manager who can lead, develop and motivate the team, with support. They always aim to give clients and customers the best possible service and have a strong fulfilment track record. As the manager, you will be tasked with leadingby example, motivating the team, recruiting new staff members, training staff, coaching, developing and ensuring the team drive sales, servicing clients and delivering agreements. This is going to be a hectic, hands-on role. You will take control of your ownP&L and ensure the branch is in shape to deliver the budget set. The position will report to the senior management team who will be there to guide and support you.This role will suit a Branch Manager who is looking to move to an autonomous environment within a forward-thinking, growing company or a very Senior Consultant who is looking at taking their first step into a Managerial role.
