Job Description

LASER PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR, LEICESTER, £11/HR, , IMMEDIATE START, PERMANENT TO THE RIGHT CANDIDATEJob Title: LASER PRESS BRAKE OPERATORLocation: LEICESTERPay Rate: £11 per hourRole: Temporary ongoing - permanent to the RIGHT candidateHours: Monday to Friday 06.00 - 15.30Benefits: 28 days leave including bank holidays, pensionDue to growth our client who specialise in laser and precision cutting are looking for a Laser Press Brake Operator to work the morning shifts.Experience on Trumpf C02 and Fibre Lasers along with LVD press brakes will be advantageousDuties of the Laser Press Brake Operator:

  • Setting and operating Trumpf 2D,C02 and Fibre Laser
  • Setting and operating Trulaser 5030 LVD Press brakes
  • Cutting and folding materials as per client specifications
  • Working from engineering specifications/drawings
  • Understanding of required tolerances
  • Produce bespoke products
  • Responsible for own quality checks and accuracy
  • Operating forklift
    • Requirements of the Laser Press Brake Operator:
  • Experience in setting and operating Trumpf 2D, C02 and fibre lasers
  • Experience in setting and operating Trulaser 5030 LVD press brakes
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to a high level of accuracy
  • Able to start immediately
  • Valid Forklift license
