Job Description

Are you looking for a career within utilities or the water industryOr maybe youre looking for a career in Customer ServiceWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a team in Birstall,Our client are the leading service provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors in the UK. As a division, they employ circa 3000 people across the UK and we are looking for aspiring people like you, who are keen to build their careerwithin the Water Industry/ Commercial Sector.As a Customer Service Advisor your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all customer queries are acknowledged and responded to
  • High Quality Customer Service is delivered and management of the Customers
  • All information is feedback to the client
  • Working closely with clients to help build good relations to improve Customer Service
  • Supporting the Team Leader and the wider business to ensure Every Customer Counts strategy is embedded within day-to-day management of customers£22,000 starting salary + regular pay reviews and pay progression40 hours per week - hours between 7am and 3:30pm (3 weeks per month) & 10:30am- 7pm ( 1 week per month) weekends on a rotaOffice Birstall, WF17Office based for training then Wednesdays and Thursdays working from homeStart Date ASAP (ad-hoc)Temp to PermFull training providedSuccessful candidates must be able to pass drugs and alcohol test on day 1If this sounds like the role for you then apply now!CCNorthwest
