Job Description

We are currently hiring for multiple Street Cleaning operatives to work for our Client - Birmingham City Council. Some of the positions require full UK driving licence.If you are interested in this job please apply onlineDetails:

  • Salary: £9.50 for first 12 weeks, £10.98 - after 12 weeks
  • Working Hours of Street cleaner are : 36.5 hours per week, 6am or 7am start, working some of the weekends as part of the shift pattern
  • Location: Tyseley depot, Perry Barr depot, Lifford Lane depot
  • Duration: Ongoing
Duties of street cleaner include but would not be limited to:
  • Litter picking in designated area, changing public bins
  • Provide customer service and support to members of public.
  • Comply with health and safety whilst at work.
  • Be reliable, trustworthy and flexible at all times.
  • Team work is essential in this role.
