They offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that values innovation, creativity, and excellence.The RoleA newly created role, our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead and develop a small team overseeing strategic and day to day contract management. Your team will be responsible for ensuring supplier performance meets agreed SLAs and monitoringoverall delivery of contract terms.You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for cost analysis and planning. You will review the contracts and service deliverables assessing their financial and legal implications, conductingthorough audits and evaluations of contract expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential commercial risks.You will support contract negotiations to ensure adherence to commercial and contractual terms around the delivery of services for the contract.The CandidateIdeally a member of CIPS, you will possess a proven track record in a similar commercial role with strong contract management experience preferably within a service based industry where you have been used to delivering high value contracts.You will have a strong understanding of legal principles, contractual terms and regulations with demonstrated experience in suppliers negotiation.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and make informed recommendations along with proven stakeholder management skills will be essential.You will have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.How to ApplyTo apply in confidence please submit a fully detailed CV online detailing your current remuneration package quoting job reference 373417.Required skills
