Motorclean has grown, innovated, and evolved over 4 decades, to become a major player in the Integrated Automotive Services sector and is award winning.They provide comprehensive vehicle preparation and support services to dealerships, auction houses, motor retailers and fleets across the UK. These include Valeting, Smart Repair, Delivery & Collection, Premises Cleaning, Vehicle Video, and Imaging.They are currently looking for a Regional Support Manager to join the management team reporting into the Head of Operations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and service delivery across a region looking at the operations and performance and addressing areas of improvement that are required and implementing changes that show tangible progress across the sites to enhance systems and processes and delivering for our customers.The RoleYou will oversee systems and processes for a number of areas including and looking at tangible improvements: ValetingAttend sites to ensure that cover is provided if necessary.To become a role model whilst on site and to train staff where necessary in the most productive methods of valeting a vehicle to the standard that is required. Be prepared to transport other operators to hot spot accounts.Client contactEnsure that positive relationships exist in the dealership and that as a result Motorclean are well regarded by the dealership staff.Having strong IT skills so that you can work with the internal software system to identify, manage and enhance internal systems. You will also produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.Productivity To monitor staff productivity whilst on site, to report all non-productivity witnessed.Assist in ensuring that productivity sheets are completed if issued.Monitor daily workloads across all departments and distribute to Motorclean operators.Site visits Whilst on site you will need to check, and report back to the appropriate person any irregularities noted in:Valet bay condition. The status of awaiting prep display cars.Equipment and Condition.The wearing of Health and Safety, Corporate /protective garments and equipment. Assist in the collection of CSRs and site visit app. Communicate with all dealership departments.Implement processes instructed by the Area Manager.Launching of new businessTo assist in launching of new business throughout the company.Health and Safety To have a full awareness of Health and Safety and understand issues surrounding it.Be up to date with any changes surrounding Health and safety.Adhere to all Health and safety, ensuring that you are wearing the correct PPE and uniform.AdministrationPromptly response to emails, ensuring that they are structured and drafted correctly.Draft basic reports, by compiling relevant information and communicating information to Motorclean Management.Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.Understand and use the Autosmart ordering process via Autosmart App.Check all operators are assigned to the MMS system on site.Area Manager Holiday coverTo look after an area as an Area Manager whilst they are on holiday.To staff the accounts as and when new staff are required.To carry out audits to include full CSRs.Liaise daily with their Head of operations manager. Promote a network of Operators, creating an opportunity to fully staff dealerships Training and DevelopmentMotorclean training modules must be completed, this is an active part of your job role and is created to enhance or develop your skills.Training and development will be monitored and documented for audit reasons.Essential Skills• 2+ years’ of Account Management experience within a B2B environment within automotive• Detail orientated and extremely organised.• Resourceful, proactive and can multitask.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Familiar with the Office 365 suite.• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.• Demonstrate initiative and have a passion for providing exceptional service to customersBenefitsWe offer a competitive basic plus bonus and company car and have a range of benefits alongside offering career progression internally.
