We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on behalf of a well-established Kitchen and Bathroom manufacturer based in Tyseley, Birmingham.Working alongside the Purchase Ledger, you will be working to ensure all monthly supplier invoices are processed onto the in-house system in line with month end cut off. You will also provide ad-hoc general support as well as holiday cover in other areasof the office including credit control.The ideal Purchase Ledger assistant will have excellent communication skills along with good administration skills including the use of Excel. You will be able to prioritise workloads as you will be processing high volumes of purchase invoices.Ideally if you have worked in a finance department within a manufacturing industry, this would be desirable but not essential.Working Hours:Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, part time hours could be considered for 3 days a week.To apply, please click apply and follow the application process.
