Job Description

HR Information Systems & Data Analyst HR Systems & Data Analyst to join our people function, reporting to the People DirectorYou will play a key role in business and operational decision making. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll and Recruitment teams. As such, you will be exposed to and support a wide array of data analytics.Critically, you will be responsible for enabling HR Business Partners in their roles through the provision of accurate HR Data Analytics and will have a passion for data. You will be pro-active and solution-focussed with excellent attention to detail.This role would suit an individual who is looking to work within a varied team and is excited by improving data and communicating with stakeholders to implement organisational change, and there will be many opportunities to get involved with a variety ofprojects and activities.Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure HRIS data integrity for accurate reporting and optimise existing HR systems and processes.
  • Maximise iTrent functionality to drive efficiencies across the HR and wider airport team, aligning payroll, annual leave, and overtime processesProvide relevant and meaningful insights and reports to support HR, and the Executive Board.
  • Own the creation of dashboards and provide futuristic insights across a broad range of HR operational functions.
  • Be responsible for HRIS data cleansing and working at pace to unlock data to drive efficiencies.Providing and presenting valid conclusions to support strategic decision making.Be accountable for delivering market leading people data practices.
What youll bring:
  • iTrent Experience
  • 2+ years experience in data analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of HR metrics
  • Advanced ability with MS Excel
  • Strong written and communication skills and ability to engage others in data
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively
