Job Description

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to take your first step into a HRBP roleCulture Recruitment Group is helping a Professional Services client find a full-time HR Business Partner to join their HR team. This is a Birmingham based hybrid working role offering a salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience.As a HR Business Partner, you can expect to:

  • Strategically partner the business and manage complex HR caseloads
  • Work closely with the HR Advisor to support and offer clear HR advice and/or coaching to line and department managers in day-to-day management in relation to people policies, processes and systems, including induction, performance, conduct, employee relations,welfare, development, talent management and exit.
  • Contribute to the development of the HR team and the wider firm by sharing people management skills and knowledge and encouraging and supporting others.
  • Work with the HR Manager on people initiatives to ensure the business reaches its strategic goals.
  • To be the HR representative on other projects throughout the business
To apply for this HR Business Partner role, you will need solid experience as an HR Advisor, preferably within Professional Services. You will also require the following:
  • A flexible, can do and proactive approach
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Helpful and positive nature with the ability to stay calm and diplomatic under pressure
  • A well-developed understanding of issues in relation to equality and diversity.
  • Good IT skills including the ability to confidently use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in using HR systems and databases
