It is the exclusive UK distributor of the GE ViewPoint ultrasound reporting applicationthis application is used throughout the world in many clinical areas including Obstetrics,Gynaecology, Vascular, Abdominal and Cardiac and is best known in the UK for being used in all leading Obstetric, Gynaecology and Fetal Medicine centres throughout the country.ViewPoint combines easy reporting, image capture and archiving to provide a truly comprehensive data management solution for Ultrasound Clinics and Private Practices.They are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical applications specialist to join their team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about ultrasound and delivering quality technology solutions to improve clinical reporting andpatient care with GE ViewPoint, the worlds leading ultrasound reporting application.As an application specialist your main aims will be to add to the customer experience and satisfaction by providing implementation expertise, new customer training and providing continuing assistance and expertise to our large installed base of users inboth NHS trusts and private clinics across the UK.Your responsibilities will include:Providing clinical implementation of systems for new customers by assisting with workflow definition, clinical customisation, localisation, report editing and testingDelivering system training to new customers and advanced training to existing customers to ensure all users can appreciate the value of, and benefit fully from, the use of the applicationLiaising with customers to ensure customer requests and requirements are fed back to our development team and that users are made aware of new and enhanced features and modulesProvide application support to users either remotely from our offices or on-site as requiredAssisting with demonstration of the ViewPoint product at customers sites, exhibitions, training events and via online webex demosAssisting their marketing team by providing information on request, feedback for case studies and reference sitesThe successful candidate should have a background working extensively with clinical applications. Experience of providing application expertise and preparing and delivering customer training is essential.The successful candidate will be required to provide user training and application assistance to a wide range of individuals and groups which may range from experienced clinicians such as obstetricians, midwives, cardiologists and sonographers to IT professionalsand project managers.An ability to foster and maintain strong customer relationships is highly important so very good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.An ability to work independently as well as part of a team across different sized projects. Good communication with colleagues is essential.A self-starter who can handle a number of concurrent tasks and can prioritise effectively.Willingness to travel throughout the UK when required is necessary.Full Driving Licence will be helpful.
