Job Description

Administrator ManagerReed Birmingham arecurrently working with a local insurance providers recruitingfor enthusiastic people to join them, as a Administrator Manager. You will be Providing high-level administrative support for all commercial contracts and commercial assurance matters and will be part ofa small vibrant, energetic community.You will be joining the team on aFull-time basis, based in the heart ofBirmingham City Centre. The role is currently on aHybrid workingmodule, that being 1 days in the office and 4 days at home. Forthis role in particular there is no real reason to have presence in the office.Your Responsibilities:

  • primary poc for internal and external stakeholders for contract enquiries and to provide high-level support in the drafting and review of contracts
  • reviews of customer and intermediary template agreements, supplier templates and any other templated terms, including all applicable schedules
  • maintain, update and support in the development of customer-facing assurance documentation including assurance packs for direct customers, intermediaries, and suppliers
  • administer and maintain a Group-wide electronic contract management and signature platform, and centralised contract inventory
  • To maintain an awareness and understanding of company policies such as data protection, information security and outsourcing supplier management policies
Your qualifications & experience:
  • Strong working knowledge of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience of working with Finance based systems such as SAP, Microsoft AX Dynamics, Acorn or JDE.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to interact across departments and with senior stakeholders both external and internal.
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast paced, team orientated environment.
Job Offer:
  • 35 hours/week - MondayFriday
  • Salary: £26,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave
