Job Description

  • Providing administration support to plan, organise and coordinate training courses, liaising with other departments and UK clients.
  • Managing customer data via Vector’s customer relationship management system (CRM) ensuring customer contacts, sales leads and enquiries are updated.
  • Providing customer quotations and process client orders in SAP in a timely manner.
  • As and when required you may be required to provide additional support to the events management team to ensure efficient handling of administration tasks.
  • You will be expected to work in accordance with the Vector Hybrid Working Policy however from time to time you may be required to demonstrate flexibility regarding your working hours and support early training set-up or the occasional evening event support.
  • In your role you will need to communicate effectively and confidently between UK customers, internal colleagues and our teams in Germany and other subsidiaries.
Your skills and experience:
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong administration and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate professionally both on the phone and in written correspondence with clients and colleagues.
  • A successful candidate must be organized and analytical in their approach ensuring adherence to all relevant Vector processes demonstrating efficient time management as well as excellent attention to detail.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Administration, Account Controller role or similar position.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms or alternatively Xero, Sage or QuickBooks could be highly beneficial.
  • Full driving UK license required.
