Full Time 37.5 hours - Happy to talk Flexible and Agile WorkingWould you like to work for a progressive and ambitious company which is also one of the most successful within the UK construction industryIf so, weve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Planner to join us in the Midlands!About the RoleJoining our team, youll provide programme management and planning support to both the pre-construction and live projects,programmes, analysis of programmes andcommunicating ion with the teams as required by the Head of Planning, Bid manager or Project Managersenior planner / planning manager, producing and assisting in the production of programmes,tender logistics plans, answering tender questions and producing tender method statements, along with the development of the prelims with the project team. and temporaryworks schedules.Assisting project managers with onsite planning and reporting requirements, you will manage your own tasks, taking day to day decisions on your own in addition to managing, analysing, and communicating the project programme costs and quantitieson small projectsor as part of a team on a larger project.About YouEducated to professional level with a relevant degree or equivalentin a Building Studies (or equivalent), youll have a thorough understanding and experience in the use of project management software (specifically Asta Powerproject) and knowledge in programme,andplanning management, project management, and project controls planningalong with understanding of 4D planning(specifically Asta Powerproject, with understanding of 4D planning).
