Job Description

We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join a leading company in their sector. If youre passionate about sales, love talking to people, and are looking for a role that offers growth and development, this is theperfect opportunity for you!The onboarding and training is amazing with the full support of the team, management and training team you will be making sales within a matter of weeks.Hours: Week 1: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Week 2: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Two-week rota)As a Business Development Executive What Youll Do is:

  • Engage with Prospects: Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in the products.
  • Close Deals: Understand customer needs, explain product benefits, and seal the deal.
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound inquiries and provide exceptional service to build strong customer relationships.
  • Product Expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively guide customers through their options.
What Were Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 12 months in a phone-based sales or customer service role.
  • Target Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and engaging on the phone, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ambition: Eager to learn, grow, and advance in a dynamic sales environment.
