Job Description

Job Title: Office Co-ordinator/Manager******* TEMPORARY - IMMEDIATE START ******Salary: £14.03 - £15.59 Per hourLocation: Birmingham Business Park - B37Hours: Monday - Friday, 07.30 - 16.00, with a 15.30 finish on a FridayDescription:A well-respected and long-established company based on the Birmingham Business Park is currently recruiting for an organised and efficient Office Manager to co-ordinate the smooth running of the office.Key Duties:

  • Opening the office
  • Manage the reception every morning until midday
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
  • Issue security passes
  • Email management
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Facilities management - ordering stationary, ensuring pat testing is up to date, dealing with cleaners and COSH, alarm company and water facilities.
  • Maintaining and updating records
  • Diary management
  • Carrying out administrative tasks.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager/Co-ordinator
  • Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Competent administrative skills
  • Ideally knowledgeable in COSH
