Job Description

NAPA Racing UK has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join one of the UK’s leading motorsport programs as we accelerate into our third season.The Marketing Executive will be responsible for providing first-rate administrative and operational support for the NAPA Racing UK team. This individual will be involved in a variety of marketing activities and have a strong digital understanding, with knowledgeof social media platforms and WordPress.This position will require effective communication and presentation skills, being confident to produce work internally and consumer-facing. This role also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and detail-oriented to ensure the higheststandards.The successful candidate will be required to be available for every race weekend across the racing calendar (approx. 12 throughout the year).Responsibilities:

  • To provide all-round administrative and operational support.
  • Support the Marketing and Brand Management team.
  • Collect and store information for VIP and general admission tickets to race weekends.
  • Liaise with suppliers and order merchandise.
  • Manage communications via email with fans and customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings and venues.
  • Support with day-to-day social media and content creation.
  • Leverage competition and engagement with our audience.
  • Ensure digital channels are updated as required and on time.
  • Monitor the performance and prepare reports on the team’s social media platforms.
  • Logistic support for events.
  • Prepare and pack for each race weekend.
  • Support and represent the marketing team at a minimum of 10 weekend events per year.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in the fast-paced world of motorsport.
  • Positive and proactive approach with a can do’ attitude.
  • Willingness to learn fast and get stuck in.’
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Have a willingness to embrace challenges.
  • Work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong IT skills and demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Flexible and available to work on weekends as required by the motorsport season.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Ability to travel across the UK with a driver’s license.
Desirable:
  • Experience or personal interest/passion in motorsport
  • Experience with WordPress websites is preferable.
  • Experience with design platforms, such as Canva.
  • Marketing or Social Media Marketing experience to degree level.
  • Creative content writing.
