Job Description

Colas is looking for an Industrial Plant Manager / Engineer/ with experiencein the managingof asphalt plant, crushing plant, emulsion plant and bitumen facilities.This is a full-time and permanent role based in the Birmingham area. This person will also ensure and manage the maintenance programme in coordination with the industrysites and visitthe industrial plants as well aslead the action plan with the on-site teams. Additionally, this person will organise and follow the commission of industrial plants in case of new projects as well as ensure the safe and efficientrunning ofIndustrial plants. The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have a combination of the following:

  • Road industries knowledge
  • Able to compile reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills working in team or stand alone situations.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook.
  • Full clean driving licence.
