Are you a CSS Designer with a passion for travel looking for an exciting new role My clients are well-respected, successful South Birmingham based travel company who are looking for an office based or hybrid Digital CSS Designer. You will work closely withtheir IT team to implement captivating designs, ensuring that their travel platform stands out in the competitive landscape. Your expertise in CSS and design principles will be vital in creating responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web experiencesthat enhance our customers interactions with our brand. They offer a competitive salary and excellent company benefits.JOB DESCRIPTION:UI/UX Design ImplementationCollaborate with the management and IT team to implement responsive and user-centric web interfaces that align with the companys brand identity and user experience standards.Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining exceptional visual quality.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent rendering across various devices and platforms.Troubleshoot and resolve CSS-related issues to create a seamless user experience for all website visitors.Implement responsive design principles to ensure our travel platform provides a consistent and visually appealing experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.Conduct performance testing and implement optimizations to improve page loading speed and overall user experience. Optimize CSS code for efficient loading and rendering of web pages.Work closely with other teams to understand project requirements and provide valuable input during the design phase.Clearly communicate design ideas, challenges, and solutions to other team members.PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:Proven experience as a CSS Designer or Front-End Developer with a strong focus on CSS.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CSS pre-processors (e.g., Sass or Less).Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.Strong attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices is a plus.Passion for the travel industry and a keen interest in creating visually captivating experiences for users.THE PACKAGE:This is an office based role in their Birmingham office, they will also consider hybrid working.
