Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorGroomfield Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy, well-established client based in Birmingham. They are actively seeking Customer Service Advisors to join them down to growth within the business.The ideal candidate will have previous Customer Services experience and be confident on the telephone, as well as have a professional telephone manner. The duties of this role include:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Remain proactive and prioritise workloads
  • Meet required dead lines
  • Produce reports as required using appropriate software
  • Resolve any customer complaints/queries
  • Provide day to day support to Senior Customer Advisors
  • Arrange collections/deliveries to a date and time convenient to the customer
