Are you an experienced travel professional who is looking to cruise into a new career within the travel industry I am looking for Cruise Experts to join a well-established Cruise Team within a well-respected, successful South Birmingham based travel companyfor a fully homeworking role. If you have experience of working within the travel industry, GDS experience and have either excellent cruise product knowledge or first-hand experience of cruising then this could be the perfect job for you and we would loveto chat with you to tell you more about this exciting new opportunity...THE JOB:- Taking enquiries over the phone- Ensuring calls are dealt with efficiently and professionally.- Offering excellent customer service.- Quoting holidays and converting into bookings.- Specialising in Cruise holidays- Promote and sell additional ancillary sales on all bookings and offering upgrades to increase company profit.- Working towards monthly performance targets.- Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in- depth knowledge of the companys brochures and destinations.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:The successful candidate will be an experienced Travel Consultant who has specialised in selling cruise holidays or have first-hand cruising experience and looking for a new challenge with strong communications skills and the ability to work well under pressure.You will be sales driven and have excellent product knowledge of cruise holidays.THE PACKAGEYou will receive a competitive salary up to £25,000.00 with an OTE of us to £32,000, travel concessions, educationals and other perks to the best industry; travel!Hours are 0900 to 1800 over 5 days, normally one or two Saturdays per month.
