Job Description

The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Production Admin Assistant to join a well established Manufacturer in Bradford on a permanent basis.Duties

  • To assist with Chill Blast orders and the Chill Blast team daily
  • Act as an on the ground go between for Chill Blast customer service and production, ensuring that priority orders and special build instructions are fulfilled
  • Assisting production with stock and compatibility queries
  • Amending work orders to resolve issues
  • Escalating to the CS team when customer contact is necessary
  • Be a general admin assistant to the CS team, handling the organisation of special delivery requirements, shipping of spare parts and packaging etc
  • During quiet periods, you will be assisting the customer service team
Personal/Experience
  • Must have reasonable technical knowledge and a good understanding of the current product range
  • Requires excellent communication skills, needs to be a team player, and have a "can do" attitude
  • Above all, be a problem solver
