Leaf Recruitment Services Bradford is currently seeking a Slitter / Rewinder Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of flexible packaging films for the food industry, using Eldec, Titan, and Dusenburymachinery. Your responsibilities will include machine setup, efficient production of high-quality reels, labeling and palletising reels, and machine maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery to slit flexible packaging films.Set up machines to ensure optimal performance.Produce high-quality reels efficiently.Label and palletize reels for distribution.Maintain and clean machinery as required.Requirements:Prior experience operating similar machinery is preferred but not essential.Physical fitness and a strong work ethic are essential for this physically demanding role.A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are more important than prior experience.Shift Schedule:Shift work on a rotational basis: 6 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 10 PM alternate weeks.If you are a motivated individual who is ready to embrace a challenging yet rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
