Service Delivery Centre AdministratorBirchwood, Warrington, WA3 6ZHFull time 37.5 hours p/wSalary £21,500 + Company BenefitsHere at Serco we have an opportunity for an Administrator who will be a key member of the Service Delivery Centre within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract. This role is crucial to ensure service users needs are met within agreed timeframesin accordance with Sercos contractual obligations to UK Visas & Immigration (UKV&I), in relation to accommodation and transport for service users.Working with a supportive and motivated team, in the fast-paced environment of the service delivery centre the work you do will be essential to ensuring that things run smoothly, and we are able to deliver an exceptional service.As the Administrator you will deal with vendor queries daily, you will daily monitor property and room availability and liaise with the customer to identify and allocate appropriate accommodation. Youll identify and action any void properties that requireinput from housing or maintenance teams to prepare for reuse.By liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors, you will ensure a fully compliant and effective transportation service is provided and you will schedule and allocate workflows for collecting and transporting service users. You will also be liaising withlandlord, housing officers and other departments across the contract and dealing with day to day email and telephone enquiries.You will ensure that all property certification for accommodation is present, in date and accurate and support other SD Co-Ordinators, when required.What you need to do the jobYou will have the ability to travel within the regions and occasionally within the UK (a valid UK drivers licence is essential) and with a keen eye for detail, youll have excellent communication skills, whilst working as part of a motivated team as wellas on your own initiative. Excellent organisational skills mean that youll be able to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively enabling you to meet specific timescales.You will be able to build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, produce reports, briefings and information updates utilising a broad knowledge of Microsoft Office, whilst also having a strong customer focus is alsoa key personal attribute needed to succeed within the role.Youll demonstrate effective time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks, prioritising own workload to meet specific timescales without prompt.Lastly, because of the nature of our work youll need to be able to pass a full security and vetting clearance process.Why SercoMeaningful and Vital Work:With approx., 20,000 service users across 5,000+ properties, the work Serco does to help these vulnerable people in need is critical yet highly rewardingA World of Opportunity:Our diverse UK-wide operations offer unrivalled opportunities to learn and develop.
