Job Description

Internal Sales Manager (Non people management - contribution role) Package: £26,000 - £34,000 basic + OTE £10,000Location: Warrington Office (Home based currently - both home / office when past Covid)WHY: Unique Patented SaaS Solution

  • Are you a new business hunter but equally want to be involved in demos, marketing and account management

  • We are currently working with a company with unique patented video SaaS technology that have grown consistently through COVID and are looking for their next sales professional. Their technology is unique with a wealth of USPs and allows Insurers, Utilities and FM firms to take evidential video securely. This is the first hire within Internal Sales so you will have complete ownership and responsibility as well as the chance to really make the role you own. If you desire progression will be available within 12 - 24 months in to a more senior position.They are passionate about their patented technology and started out as a group of serial entrepreneurs, tech experts, academics, and coders. What they have created now is a technology game-changer.They have experienced significant growth in 2020 and are looking to continue this success in to 2021 by hiring an Internal Sales Executive to join our business. In this role you will be expected to generate new business opportunities through marketing, outbound communications, and lead generation techniques. This role will be supporting the sales function however you will be able to take ownership for this part of the business and really make the role your own.They sell heavily into companies within the Insurance, Utilities, Facilities Management, Social Housing and Healthcare industries so you will be expected to network and develop opportunities within these key target markets. Ideally you will be comfortable in the long-term demoing the solution to prospective clients and long-term the expectation is this position will develop into a Business Development Manager role.Duties and Responsibilities: Internal Sales Manager
  • Generate prospects for new business sales.
  • Generate leads by building a self-initiated pipeline.
  • Make cold calls to prospective clients to fact find and identify opportunities and prospective customers
  • Generate marketing campaigns and use HubSpot to help generate interest in the solutions
  • Schedule informational calls and meetings with prospect or client contacts.
  • Conduct information sessions with prospects and clients to provide information on services available.
  • Lead discussion during calls and meetings; discern needs.
  • Conduct meetings to demo service components to prospects and clients.
  • Follow up with prospect or client after call or meeting.
  • Act as a consultant to prospects and clients on current offering of products.
  • Achieve sales goals set by manager each month.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Internal Sales Manager
  • Demonstrated experience within a new business internal sales position ideally selling a SaaS / Software solutions. Or alternatively experience selling in to Insurance firms
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain an effective sales funnel
  • Demonstrated success multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated success composing e-mails and proposals
  • Self-starter with demonstrated success working in a team environment
  • Tech-savvy-- Ability to quickly learn and understand software solutions
  • Demonstrated ability or aptitude to sell using a direct sales model and comfort and fluency in successful warm calling practices.
  • Ability to present and lead meetings with both new prospects on software solutions
  • Ability to conduct effective needs analysis meeting with customers and prospects
  • Ability to provide clear, concise, and effective communications with a C-level audience via written, oral, and social media channels
  • Solid understanding of what social and professional networking sites bring to the business community
