Job Description

Project Manager - Permanent RoleFinancial ServicesBradford based - 2/3 days a week in the office£45,000 to £55,000 per annum ) + bonus schemeSKILLS and CAPABILITIES

  • Project and Programme Delivery
Has previously managed and led the delivery of projects against a documented and audited methodology
  • Planning and Resource Management
Has led independently the development and maintenance of work breakdown structure, activity network, Gantt chart including duration estimates and resource allocation schedule for medium sized projects
  • Budget Management
Has prepared under supervision cost plans including estimates or reported costs including forecasting
  • Stakeholder engagement
Has independently led the formal stakeholder engagement process throughout significant projects including personally influencing the views of key stakeholders and amending stakeholder management plans
  • Monitoring and Controlling
Has managed all aspects of the monitoring and control processes and implemented corrective actions
  • Effective Communication
Effectively contributing to business meeting and workshops with the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information both verbally and in a written format. Ability to ask for help or clarification when needed
  • Self-Motivated and Driven
A strong desire to self-learn to improve own capabilities. Able to manage own workload and prioritise effectively. Able to call out knowledge gaps and pick up context from Seniors and quickly adaptThe Project Manager manages key projects within the Group portfolio, with responsibilities including the coordination and completion of projects on time, to scope and within budget.The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, leading the project team, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and reporting project progress.
