Job Description

Our well-established Manufacturing client based in Bingley are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.You will be working closely with the Production team.Salary upto 29k.Your role-

  • Respond to any queries via phone/email.
  • Using in-house systems to load customer orders.
  • Preparing of export invoices.
  • Process stock/orders.
  • Manage monthly stock checks.
  • Process employee timesheets.
  • Direct lorries for loading/unloading.
  • Arrange collections.
The ideal candidate-
  • Administration background of 1+ year.
  • Previously worked within a Manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Strong knowledge of MS packages.
