Maintenance Technician£32k, Perm role, Days and Afters shiftsBINGLEYInteraction Recruitment are looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician to work in the Production department of a busy Manufacturing company based in Bingley.Reporting directly to the Processing Engineering Manager, you will be responding to both Machinery and Electrical breakdowns and providing ongoing maintenance to the Machinery and the Building. Other day to day duties will include:-Diagnosis and repair of complex machinery problems-Parts specifying and purchasing-Supervision of contractors when on siteKey skills needed for this role include:-Electrically biased holding either 17th or 18th Edition-Experience within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment-Ability to work at heightLadders and/or MEWPs-Happy to work in restricted/confined spaces-Possess good communication skills-People management and prioritising skills-Willingness to work out of hours on a call out basisTo be successful, you will be required to be flexible and able to work on either 6am-2.15pm shifts or 2pm-10.15pm shifts. You will also be required to be on standby/call out duties on a rota basis.
