Machine/Process Operative - Nights£10p/hr-£10.77p/hr + 40% Shift Allowance, Nights, Mon to Fri, Temp to PermBINGLEYInteraction Recruitment are looking for an experienced Machine Operative/Sitter to work in the Production department of a busy Manufacturing company based in Bingley on the Night shift.The role will involve working in the Machine Shop, including the Operation of the Process Machinery and Loading and Unloading of the Machines. Once fully trained you will become capable of Operating several machines and work within a small, multi-skilledteam. Day to day duties within the role will include:-Loading Machines for use using C/B FLTs or by hand-Setting up the Process Machines-Machine Operation and Sitting-Fixing any problems during the Machining process-Moving stock around the WarehouseKey skills needed for this role include:-Previous Machine Operation/Sitting experience would be beneficial-You must be Mechanically or Process minded-C/B FLT License is advantageous-Good eye for detail and quality-Possess good communication skillsYou will be required to work 10pm to 6.15am from Mon to Fri. The initial Pay Rate for the role is £10p/hr to £10.77p/hr DOE and if you hold an FLT License with a 40% shift allowance on top. Training will be completed on either the Day shift or Afters shiftfor between 3-6 months which will be paid without the shift allowance.
