Job Description

Administrator Bingley £21,000My Client a professional firm based in Bingley are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The role will involve reception & telephone duties and administrative tasks.Main Duties: - Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system.- Maintaining diaries and making appointments as required.- Producing relevant letters and documents.- Filing, billing, faxing, photocopying, sorting post and archiving.- Updating the Case Management system in accordance with team procedures as the matter progresses.- Answering telephone calls and dealing with them appropriately.- Dealing with the office post.- General administration duties for the office.- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.Skills Required: - Experience in a similar role.- Confident and professional phone manner.- Excellent data input skills- Literate and numerate- Ability to work accurately in accordance with the requirements of the team- Ability to work under pressure- Ability to prioritise workload and meet team deadlines.- Ability to work on own initiative.If you are an Administrator interested in this role, please apply ASAP!CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
