Our team are supporting our Senior customers in the usual way through these challenging time, ensuring customers have access to what they need when they need it. Due to high demand we are looking for new colleagues to support our current team of Customer Service Advisors.We are recruiting for full time, 4 week fixed term Customer Service Advisors (40hrs) to join us on various dates from Wednesday 3rd June.We offer a competitive salary of OTE £19,138 after full training including a monthly bonus.The Contact centre is open from 8.00am until 8.00pm 7 days a week so we can offer lots of flexibility around hours. Working patterns include either a Saturday or a Sunday.The Role - You will need excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily with customers. A high level of motivation is essential, along with the ability to think on your feet’ as well as being extremely customer service focused and a desire to go beyond customers’ expectations. A flexible approach and strong team working ethic are also a must as we have great team spirit at Damart.You will be the first point of contact for our customers with your primary role handling order calls and promoting our special offer items. You would be provided with onsite training and ongoing support from your Team Leader.We take great pride in looking after our customers and colleagues as demonstrated by the fact we’re accredited by the Institute of Customer Service with their ServiceMark.We are located in the market town of Bingley, in a historic landmark building right next to canal path walks and the famous Five Rise Locks.
