Location: Sunderland SR3, Derry BT48 or Skipton BD23 - MUST live within a 1 hour commute from one of the locations. Although the role is working from home you need to be able to go into the office if required.We are moving our Yorkshire office location from Crossflatts to Skipton later in the year, which means you will be based initially in Crossflatts, BD16 and your office location will change to Skipton, BD23 later this year.Salary - £21,714-£22,857depending on experience plus chance to earn quarterly bonus upto £450/quarter.Hours - You need to be flexible to work between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays 9am-1pm and the open Sundays at month end.Start date - 6th SeptemberTraining - You will join a virtual academy and start on a 12 week learning journey, all equipment will be provided for you.The role:The Customer Assistancerole will see you supporting mortgage customers who are in arrears and managing them through the process, exploring all viable options and providing solutions to support customers through their journey.
