Conveyancer (Home & Office Based)BingleyThis multi-discipline long-established high-street law firm is now seeking a new addition to its Conveyancing team in West Yorkshire. Working out of their Bingley office.This is a traditional high street practice and as such you see most of your clients once the pandemic has subsided face to face.Whilst Conveyancing is extremely busy across the whole of Yorkshire this is a place where, although busy, you will be in a friendly and supportive environment, which can sometimes be missing in certain firms with the stresses conveyancers are currently going through.Your caseload will be completely manageable at around 70 files and they do have a case management system that they utilise.You should be able to carry a caseload of mixed conveyancing matters from start to finish with the assistance of support staff.The firm have adapted well as a result of the pandemic and this position can be worked as a hybrid home and office role.The firm has a family friendly feel and has a low turnover of staff.A competitive basic salary of around circa £35k depending on experience + benefits is on offer.If you would like to hear more about this role please contact Graham Rawlinson at QED Legal
