We are looking for a creative and innovative Commercial Analyst to join our Insight team.Your insights will be used to enhance our customer proposition, increase customer activation and engagement, to drive customer lifetime value and improve customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the Head of Insight and Planning, the Commercial Analyst will evaluate the effectiveness of our commercial plans at an activity and customer level, identify customer behaviours, develop/monitor segmentation models and work collaboratively to propose and forecast the impact of our commercial strategy.It is a management position, supported by a technical analyst who reports directly to the role.An exciting and critical position with a wide variety of responsibilities.
