We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Bank Diagnostic/Cardiac Radiographer to join our highly skilled and dedicated Interventional/Radiology team here at The Yorkshire Clinic in Bingley, West Yorkshire.The department performs a wide variety of general radiography including theatre work, ultrasound, mammography and some fluoroscopic procedures.Hours of work varies to include weekdays, evenings, weekends and on-call. Working hours are on a rotational basis to departmental needs.Please note that the term Bank is where we employ staff to infill shifts to cover holidays, sickness and peak operational periods. We require individuals who are flexible and able to work on an as and when required basis, which may involve no hours some weeks and many hours another week.This position being advertised requires a strong knowledge and background in general and interventional radiography.The RIS/PACS environment will require effective management of the imaging databases and ability to deal with transmission of imaging studies between organisations.
