Job Description

JOB TITLE: Administrator - Marketing Department (Hybrid working)Contract: 12-month Fixed Term ContractSALARY: Up to £25,000 per annumHOURS: 37.5 hours per weekLOCATION: 3 days working from the office in Bingley and 2 days home working per weekBENEFITS

What will you be doing You will support the Marketing Services Manager to produce mailing plans and reports, working cross functionally with a variety of other departments to maintain a streamlined and accurate process.This role is heavily admin based with an emphasis on time management and planning and organising.Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide final quantities for catalogues and promotional material and cascade this information to relevant areas to determine precise printing volumes
  • Monitor stock levels of catalogue and other mailing materials (statements, parcel catalogues etc.) and ensure adequate levels are maintained to meet future demands
  • Manage assigned data and mailing selections and picks to ensure budget and time constraints are met and any issues communicated to the business
Your skills and experience will include:
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Be comfortable working autonomously
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills at different levels to build relationships with cross functional departments
  • Working in a fast-paced office environment in administration role and be confident using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • Experience of mail order business and selection management tools would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
