Come and join the Team - see what difference you can make.Role: Administrative AssistantContract: Fixed term - 3 monthsHours & Pattern: 30 hours Tuesday - Friday (Flexible)Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant with excellent planning and organisational skills to join our People Team at Damart.You will work closely with the People Advisors, Payroll team and Health and Safety Manager providing administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our busy office.Youll need to be friendly, proactive, flexible, and well organized to succeed in this role.Responsibilities:Maintain employee records including ensuring eligibility to work is correctUpdate HR databases (new starters, leavers)Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data from the operational Time Management System including absences, bonus and leaversH&S and Facilities - DSE’s and invoice recording and trackingAuditsGeneral admin tasksSkills and Experience:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of Payroll /HR systems (i.e. itrent or similar) essential
  • Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant, H&S and/ or Payroll Admin advantageous
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications essential
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Teamwork skills
