Job Description

Transport AdministratorBilston£22880Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pmPermanent

  • General office duties including answering the phones and welcoming visitors/customers to site.
  • Assisting Transport manager ensuring the smooth running of the Hire, logistics and repair business.
  • Booking in MOTs
  • Booking and planning work for engineers.
  • Maintaining the vehicle paperwork to ensure all paperwork is up to date and filed correctly. Sending customers copies of vehicle paperwork.
  • Updating customers of repair work
  • Liaising with suppliers for parts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internal software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
