These projects include Rail, Infrastructure, Airports, Civil Infrastructure, Highways amongst others. They work with a breadth of public and sector clients rangingfrom Governments to main contractors. Having grown considerably over the past few years, and with an impressive order book, they are now looking to recruit a Highways Engineer to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for taking responsibility for supporting the team in the delivery of large scale design and site based schemes. Your responsibilities will include; temporary works highways and drainage designs, materials review, of the design function ensuring works are completed in line with project requirements. Your responsibilities will include; overseeing design works and technical queries for structural assets including bridges, viaducts and cut & cover tunnels, reviewing permanentworks materials, ensuing health and safety policies are adhered to, effectively liaising between internal and external stakeholders. This role would therefore suit an Engineer with strong experience working on structural engineering rail based projects. You will ideally have had exposure to bridges and viaducts. You will also be proficient on structural softwares to successfully completecomplex large scale designs. You will have proven experience effectively managing stakeholders and delivering projects within relevant time and financial constraints.
