Job Description

Our client specialises in helping digitise organisations that have historically relied upon paper-based records. Their constantly evolving products help businesses become more streamlined, but also allow them to understand and utilise the data that theyhave in a more effective manner.They are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to take responsibility for delivery of new products, plus re-development of existing products, therefore someone with a technical understanding of the full-lifecycle development process will be an idealfit for the role. The Technical Project Manager will work within the projects team managing both large and small internal and external infrastructure and software development projects following system and software development lifecycle, addressing commercial,operational and organisational issues and requirements. Responsible for delivering technical projects that typically are a combination of outsourced service provision, process re-engineering and IT solutions delivery, focussing on lasting business performanceand improvement.

  • Experience of delivering technical solutions, managing the software development lifecycle, implementing bespoke software, understanding technical requirements and deliverables
  • Excellent IT skills: Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
  • Experience of Project Management tooling e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheets,
  • Experience of working in both PRINCE 2 and Agile Project environments
This will be a full-time role, based at our clients Wolverhampton site for 3 days per week, with occasional travel to the Manchester office (travel to be expensed). Salary up to £60k per annum.
