Job Description

About the Opportunity: We are looking to recruittwo Warehouse Team Managers to work atourSpringvale Distribution Centre (Midlands).You will be reporting directly into the Warehouse Shift Manager. You will be an important part of the DC Management team maximising the performance of the operation by directing activities and providing leadership, motivation, training and development ofthe team, delivering against customer requirement and operation performance. Available Shift Patterns: SundayThursday RotatingWeek 1: 2pm10pmWeek 2: 6am2pmFridayMonday RotatingWeek 1: 6am4pmWeek 2 12pm10pm Key Accountabilities:

  • Adherence to health and safety policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for achieving operational targets, goals and contractual KPIs for the purpose of ensuring the provision of an effective and efficient quality service to stores.
  • Manage the operation within your daily area of responsibility, managing a team of warehouse colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with all departments, and to provide a joined-up delivery of operational requirements.
Assist in employee training, development, and engagement Know How:
  • Management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Be a highly motivated individual with good communication skills, excellent problem solver, team player and have a flexible approach to the role.
  • Capable of coping with significant change within a fast-paced environment.
  • You will need to have good time management and work planning skills.
  • Treat colleges fairly, with respect and dignity.
