Job Description

Senior Account Manager / Client Relationship ManagerBilston, West Midlands£40,000 to £50,000 (Negotiable)We are currently seeking to appoint and experienced Senior Account Manager with strong business development, negotiation and client relationship building experience, within the furniture, retail or leisure industries.The appointed Senior Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager will be joining a large multi-national furniture & upholstery manufacturer, based in the heart of The Midlands. They produce, beautifully hand-crafted furniture and upholstery designs andproducts to the furniture industry. The purpose of this highly visible role is to take responsibility for the delivery and development of new service solutions for new and existing clients.Senior Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager role:· You will work closely with the Director and customers’ representatives to devise and implement administrative and ordering systems that work in· You will be the first contact for our customers and are expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to clients, as well as clearly communicate client requirements and goals within the business to obtain support, resources and to ensurethe quality-of-service delivery.· We will want you to be involved with new initiatives and business projects from a technical perspective, so you will want to work business requirements through to solutions.· You’ll have the opportunity to build your reputation for responding to ad-hoc business requests in a timely manner too.Senior Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager experience:

  • We would love you to have previous experience of working on multi-functional software on different platforms.
  • It goes without saying that you have strong IT skills and can prioritise a busy workload and work to deadlines.
  • Previous experience of a Key Account or administration environment is also necessary.
  • We like you to be organised and want you to naturally show that in your approach towards design, development, and implementation, and be comfortable with working to deadlines.
  • It is essential for you to be able to break down complex information and explain it simply.
  • Strong verbal and written skills
