Section LeaderBusiness Unit: DigitalLocation: Wolverhampton WV14 0UJContract Type: Permanent - Full TimeHours: 40Salary: £22,755Here at Restore Digital, we have an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to develop their career in our vibrant, rapidly growing business.Restore is looking for a natural leader who has experience in leading a team, you will be working to a high level of accuracy and liaising with other section leaders to understand customer requirements and ensure workloads are managed efficiently, and effectively,and that Restore Digital objectives are met.Are you a good team worker with great communication skills who possesses the ability to motivate a team Then you may be perfect for this fantastic role that Restore has to offer.As a section leader, you will be responsible for a specific team of 20-25 people, ensuring that work is carried out to production targets, job specifications and quality standards. You will assist the Supervisors and Operations Manager in maintaining theday-to-day operations of the site in line with customer requirements and Restore policies and procedures.You will carry out these responsibilities whilst reporting any Information Security, Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality incidents to your manager.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure your team members are aware of their targets and motivate your team to achieve or exceed daily performance targets
  • Closely monitor and report on team productivity, escalating if targets are not being achieved
  • Assist with day-to-day activities of prepping, scanning, QA and finishing to ensure client deadlines are met
  • Set an example when maintaining the place of work to the highest standard, presenting a professional image to customers, clients and peers
  • Ensure all colleagues are adequately trained and briefed on operating equipment safely, efficiently and correctly
ABOUT YOU
  • Previous team leader experience.
  • Good team leader skills - including motivating, dealing with performance issues, allocating work, etc
  • Good communication skills - written & verbal
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues
  • Great attention to detail
  • Computer knowledge and proficient on Microsoft Packages
