Job Description

REED Business Support are pleased to be working alongside a global manufacturer to recruit a Sales Administratoron a temporary to permanent basisYou will be working closely with the despatch and order processing teams to ensure customer queries and orders are dealt with promptly and accuratelyThe main duties of this role are -

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email relating to both delivery and pricing enquiries
  • Sending order acknowledgements to customers
  • Processing sales orders
  • Matching delivery notes to sales orders
  • Updating and distributing customer price lists
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the manufacturing/ engineering sector within a similar positionSkills required
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High standards of accuracy / attention to detail
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Positive mindset
